How high of a resolution did you scan these at?
Were the prints terribly grainy if they weren't originally grainy in the negative?
Can you customize borders and things of that nature?
Did the prints come mooned-up or dented?

The prints look exactly like the image I submitted to the prints section of DA so if the image was grainy to begin with it came out grainy but with the prints I ordered it was only a problem with the polaroid on the right in the second photo because it was grainy to begin with.
I'm not sure why you would get grainy images from an image you thought was grainless. Maybe the image is grainy to begin with but you only notice the grain when enlarged to a big size. I've noticed that ever since I got a film scanner when I've scannned them in at huge sizes and noticed to my surprise that there was grain I hadn't noticed one bit in the small 4x6 print.
I had to add the borders onto my images in photoshop because of the bleed edge factor.
My prints came in perfect condition.
I hope that answered all your questions. If not then ask again :P
