I NEED ADVICE

my roommate has decided that she hates me and is doing everything in her power to be rude, disrespectful, and patronizing to me. Haha, Jenna's bit about ganging up on her with your suitemates made me laugh... since they all belong to different sororities maybe it would be like a giant cat-fight?

I would try to calmly and rationally talk to her about it. Why was she upset that you let Kelly stay there? Does she think it's solely your responsibility to take out the trash? What makes it okay or a reasonable thing to do in her mind to intentionally wake you up the nights that you actually spend in your room? Talk with her about the fact that you both have to share that living space three nights a week maximum and you should be able to compromise. Another good thing might be to emphasize the "ours" aspect of the room and downplay the "mine" aspects when you talk with her ( ... )

yes, yes. we "talked it out" last night, but all she did was call me messy (totally preposterous. seriously.) and say that she never wanted ricky in the room because she thought he was "creepy". this is the girl that thinks frat boys are charming. i got a note on my desk this morning telling me to take the recycling out. she has to learn that this is my space too, and i can do with it what i want, even if that means sometimes i forget to clean up a little bit of spilled powder from making hot chocolate.

she said he was CREEPY? i think you should start hiding all the trash she puts on your desk/etc like maybe under your bed or some place, and then right before christmas break pile it all up and be like "here's your present!!!"

HAHAH JENNA.

Ricky's not a creeper, I still think she has sand in her vagina.

Talk to your RA. Can you switch halls with the new semester? Up here we're not allowed to change ROOMIES Spring semester, but we can change buildings. Crazy. I know you like your building though...

I hope you figure it out and are happy. I'll be home again over Thanksgiving, b-t-dubs.
