How to Handle Cross-Posts - Requests for Advice

How do you guys handle cross-posting on multiple outlets, i.e. LJ, twitter, facebook, etc

I save "real" updates for LJ and use Twitter and FaceBook for "stream of consciousness", obviously anything very important that I put on FB I copy here as well.

As much as I hate to asknowledge their existance, there are things that will cross post to all formats for you. Not sure what they are though.

LJ is my default. I post things to my blogspot blog that are potentially interesting to other people but not personal to me (since it's more anonymous). I post things to Facebook that I am deliberately attempting to call attention to with people I have known over the years.

I use LJ and have facebook automatically copy my public LJ posts. My primary outlet is still LJ. I use twitter when I just want to say something quick.
