Well, I suppose things probably could have gone better the past few days, but they could have also gone worse. Right now it's relatively peaceful, at least, though who knows how long that will last.

It seems to be simply impossible for things to stop, now that they've started; which I suppose isn't too entirely shocking considering I seem to remember that was a basic principle of somesort...
