If I'm thinking of the right restaurant, that Indian place is called Rajput. I think there's another one in or near Ghent, but I don't think they have a buffet.

that's the rajput at ghent all right. it's in the lot with the new "market at ghent", and rita's is across the street facing both of them. i live two streets from there

Yeah, it's pretty good. One of our contractors is Indian and he takes us there for lunch sometimes. I guess that's a pretty credible endorsement :)
