Has had a busy couple of weeks. Last weeks work effort went tits up. I had three candidates in for interview and I thought this is going to be a good week. Well how wrong could i be. One got stolen by another agency, God I hate Ruella James..... One got offered £5k more with another firm. (Oo) The other was pipped at the post by a slightly better

I used to work for PSD Group in Mcr just after Logan was born as their receptionist as a way back into secretarial work. I used to see the whole recruitment nightmare firsthand! As well as having been a temp myself at some points

I really think you described everything perfectly. I understand about the the changes to her body, the fact she felt less beautiful. I just stepped up the positive attention i gave her. I think the big thing for Claire was how it changed her world, she was so free spirited a real "hippy" she cared for nothing really but to experience everything in the world cultures, people, belief structures. I think having children killed that for her and she never forgave me for that.
In regards to work it depends on the assignment if I'm recruiting office/tele sales staff, advertising and information gathering from other candidates is the way forward. For senior management or specialist/bespoke positions headhunting is the best approach.
