Has had a busy couple of weeks. Last weeks work effort went tits up. I had three candidates in for interview and I thought this is going to be a good week. Well how wrong could i be. In regards to work it depends on the assignment if I'm recruiting office/tele sales staff, advertising and information gathering from other candidates is the way forward. For senior management or specialist/bespoke positions headhunting is the best approach.
