well i've been drinkgin alot lewss soda lately and my brain and body has been alot happier with me... well not while i was having withdrawal headaches those suck... though what that does mean is i've been remembering to actually check back with peopls and call them and i have a concept of time now. its freaky

you know if you start taking caffeine pills those headaches will subside. take one a day in the morning, and eventually you can stop takin em. or you can just substitute with coffee.
