Spirit Orb, wtf?

Okay, so I went to the Queen Mary the other weekend, and (in short,) I took a few pictures of spots that could either be spirit orbs or lens flares. Observe:

A) one w/ movement (look closely to the left)

they're not lens flares. they're particles of dust in the air... when one gets too close to your lens, it shows up.

I thought that also, but I don't have any other pictures (at all) with these dust specks...it's just ironic that they would show up in photos of chilly areas in the Queen Mary.
