Any tips?

Lately, I've been feeling depressed and anxious regarding my weight and dieting. I usually weigh 145 during the horrible times and 140 during the not-so-bad-but-still-not-good-enough times. I feel fat even when I eat healthily, even though I know that I am not fat or even over-weight. I've always been more muscular than anything else-- but I'm sick ( Read more... )

I've gained a stone (14 pounds) from the time I started university to now. I was 140. I don't actually know where these extra 14 pounds are, because I certainly don't feel like I've gained that much weight, but the numbers bother me.

I feel your pain. Good luck. I have no words of advice, but if anything works for you, I would be very grateful if you'd pass it on. :)

I'm not sure if I can dance, but I'd love to go with you and try! I say that you and I need to hang out more often anyways. Maybe we can make a couple sushi dates, because, of course, sushi is good for us! :P Also, maybe we can go hiking also.

honestly i prefer athletic women with good musculiture(Not into female body builers at all though), I think that the super skinny girls look like they're sick
