Lately, I've been feeling depressed and anxious regarding my weight and dieting. I usually weigh 145 during the horrible times and 140 during the not-so-bad-but-still-not-good-enough times. I can’t help but lament over the tragedies of yesterday. I feel immense sorrow for those people who were killed, and I share the grief of loss with their loved ones…it pierces my heart to its very core.
