I remember never getting that song. Kids sang it in my k-class, but I really never got it. Who's hear's hang low anyway? Who are u singing about? wouldn't it hurt when u tie in a knot? Yeah, I few questions that puzzle me. Wait.....I just got...its about an elephant. Haha, that only took me like 14 years to figure out.
