try not to go on anti depressents, they can do more harm than good. i know you are feeling really down now, but things will get better.
look after yourself, eat regular meals if you can, get out of the house even for a five minute walk as it will clear your head.
and best yet, look to the future and what you want to do. like make music and go to uni...it will give you something positive to work for.
i dont want to sound like im lecturing, but pills will just cover up your feelings rather than helping you work it out for yourself. you have loads going for you, dont forget that!
thankyou alice. that was so nice of you and has made me feel so much better. Iv thought about what you have said and Im not going to go on the pills, you are right. Today on the way to lincoln my mums boyfriend brought me three king size chocolate bars and have been on a buzz all day. The uni is brilliant too, and made me think of what I want to do in the future and realised I really want to go to lincoln to study. I think the town is amazing and the uni has a brilliant graphics course. thankyou again alice! :)
its just i recognised you going through something similar i went through with an ex, and i couldnt see a way out for so long and i was consently in a darkplace that got me so down. then things slowly started to change and got better because i gave myself something to look forward too, and things to do on my own. it was hard because he introduced me to all the things i loved to do like going to gigs and new music adn thought id loose it but i didnt and carried on anyway. in a way it makes you a stronger person.
lincoln uni looks great and it has a great student night life as well as being close to nottingham, so you have all the things you enjoy on your doorstep if you decide to go there.
so, keep your chin up and things will become easier for you.
