Since my wiki page is too big, I'm going to take out some of the things and post it here instead. Nothing much to see; it's all incomplete or unimportant stuff.

==Permissions==

'''Threadhopping:''' I'd prefer if you ask me first, because quite a lot of these conversations are meant to be serious. That would also be a 'no' when it comes to locked or otherwise filtered posts, unless your character can respond to it IC-ly.

'''Hugging:''' I'd rather that no one hugs him because it could result in some serious damage to his psyche, but if your character likes to hug people IC-ly, ask me.

'''Kissing:''' See above, although he'll flip first before kicking you.

'''Badtouching:''' ...A better question is, do you like the thought of making someone lose his sanity? Wait, don't answer that for me.

'''Gettin' dirty:''' See above answer.

'''Punching:''' Sure, but remember the IC consequences!

'''Stabbing/Serious injuries:''' Probably not, because he can actually die from it.

'''Cutting off limbs/the like:''' ...

'''Fighting:''' Sure, especially verbal spats!

'''Torture:''' "Wait, didn't this happen in the last episode of AMS Theater? More specifically, to me?"

'''Killing:''' ...

'''What not to mention around them:''' ...The problem here is that a lot of things make Arinori upset, mad or both. Remarks about his sickly appearance, his lack of family and other such things are especially unwelcome though.

'''Other notes:''' I can't think of anything right now.

==== Parallels (Incomplete) ====

Arinori's story and personality bears a disturbing resemblance to both the story of Victor Frankenstein and the monster he created. Want to see the resemblances? Read on.

Childhood: We're told that Victor Frankenstein's life was perfect in his eyes; not only was he born into a wealthy family, but he also had loving parents, lovely siblings, a nice kid sister (Elizabeth!) and he was blessed with good looks and a brilliant mind. Victor also lost his mother at a young age because she was taking care of Elizabeth who had contracted scarlet fever and who contracted it as well, dying in the process. She expressed her desire for Victor to take care and marry Elizabeth before passing away, and this was to be a major event later on.

Another interesting passage in this part happens when the young Victor observes a tree that has died because it was struck by lightning and he ponders about it. Though he has seen his mother pass away at this point, it's clear that death is only something of curiosity to him right now, which will prove to be his undoing later.

Arinori's life was also a perfect one, and his sister Asami was a rather sickly child. His parents asked him to take care of her and he did that almost religiously, but he ensured that he never suffocated her with too much attention.

At this point too, Arinori was a happy but somewhat ignorant child, wanting to fix everything in the world. Like Victor Frankenstein, Arinori couldn't understand the significance of death because their lives had never been touched enough for them to realize how sad it was, even though he could sympathize with them.

As an example, one of the people Arinori talked to was a doctor who was going to commit suicide because of despair over losing his wife and daughter over a car accident. While the despondent man mourned his loss, Arinori tried his best to convince the man to continue on living because he'd never find happiness if he just died like that and he'd die a sad man as well. The doctor then asked him what would he do if he lost his family, and he responded that he'd be sad too but he'd live on for their sake and treasure the memories they had together. This surprised the doctor enough that he decided there was hope yet, and he thanked Arinori for it.

Early education and friendship: When Victor went to further his studies, we're told that he didn't make many friends as he was too absorbed in his studies. In a way, Victor's childhood probably ensured that he didn't even need to make many friends because he had everything he needed, but he did have a very good friend called Henry Clerval. We're also told that Victor studied much of the old classics when he was younger and learned everything that his masters threw at him with ease. He finally becomes fixated on a project to create life itself.

==== Psychological trauma ====

(Expect this section to be completed very slowly.)

Arinori had to deal with the trauma of remembering that his parents had burned to death getting him and his sister to safety, and then the both of them had been attacked by Shadows when they managed to get outside. He managed to protect his sister from the attacks, but they proved to be too much for him, but he awokened to his Persona in that time, though the injuries he suffered combined with the stress from summoning his Persona resulted in clinical death and subsequent coma, and the last memory he had of that day was seeing his sister cry for him and scream his name.

He didn't remember any of this when he woke up and he was confused as a result. His aunt took advantage of this, and she kept telling him that his family was waiting for him to be able to walk again so that he could meet them again. He had nothing else to believe in, so he trusted her words and improved drastically. During this time too, he had nightmares sometimes so his aunt fed him sedatives in order to get him to sleep.

When he did get well enough to walk and his aunt brought him to the graveyard, something snapped. Seeing the gravestones made him recall what had actually happened, and he also realized then that the only way he'd even have a chance to see them again was when he died. Though most people would never be able to tell it from the way he talks, thinks and acts, Arinori never recovered from that blow. Until this day, he visits the graves of his family members whenever he's feeling depressed and he just talks to them as if they're listening. This might be quite common among some people who have lost their loved ones, but Arinori has been going there ever since he discovered that they were dead, and it's about the only place where he feels like nobody is watching him and he can just sit there, talk about his life and just cry if he feels like it. When he's more depressed, he might even stay there until night time which is bad for his health.

He also suffers from nightmares. The most common nightmare he gets is the one of the past, but another one he commonly sees is of him dying all alone. He sees these nightmares as a reminder of what's left of him and the short future that lies ahead of him, and if at anything, the nightmares made it more of an impossibility for him to tell anyone about what he goes through almost every week. The fact remains though that the nightmares disturb him so badly that it forces him to skip school at times and he has to take sedatives in order to fall asleep. He used to talk to himself, saying that the sedatives were like his mother kissing him goodnight, the anti-rejection drugs were like his father showing him how to feed medicine to his sister and that the water he drank to swallow it down was like his sister giving him the encouragement to live on.

Most of Arinori's depression stems from the fact that he's aware of how terribly ill he is and how he knows that he'll die much younger than almost everyone else. He tries to hide it from people because he doesn't want them to be sad for him or pity him, but he does get jealous at times when he sees people who seem to be squandering their lives away when he has no future left.
