So, the thing is... you are capable of love and trust and affection. You just choose to be very selective with those things, which you know what? that's fine and good and smart.

you are an excellent friend, ridiculously compassionate, and you are good at those things. I can give you a thousand examples, if you'd like.

i think you're capable of anything you want to be capable of. you just need to make the choice to be open to those things.
