hahahahaha. actually i do believe that THAT rule is a "written law" that u shouldnt be able to purchase un til ur 18.... so maybe this is a lesson that u shouldnt smoke ciragettes?! haha serves u rite matthew <33

Maybe he meant that it's an unwritten law that you share your cigarettes when someone asks you for one. Or maybe he just really likes the band or something... who knows...
