So I've been especially stressed out this break. I've wondering why I become increasingly stressed out whenever I come home for any length of time. It may sound weird, but it's because I'm constantly worried about my parents dying. My dad turns 60 soon, and he looks like he's about 65. He acts like he's about 70. The debt thing you can't worry about because you're still in school. Ordering the extra cheese on the burger isn't the big thing now. If you're gonna worry about debt, just concentrate on having a plan. You don't have to implement it now.
Like, in poker, when someone does it for a living, they have to learn not to think "this chip is my rent!" when they play. They have to focus on winning. Same here; you can't feel like guilt regarding the debt and how it affects the things you do. Just make sure you have a smart plan for dealing with it and then little by little you're sure to whittle away the problem when you graduate.
Cheaper housing next year won't hurt :)
