So, Monday night I went over to John's house. i had such a great time. After playing some sega, which of course, I was killed in. Well except when we were on teams... Anyways, after that I am pretty sure we played magic. Surprisingly, I beat him everytime we played. Although to my advantage, I was playing with a pre-made deck while John was testing

Sounds like you and John had fun hanging out. I don't know if I've heard of Magic or not. Online games are fun though. I watched some flash videos last night for the first time all summer. I think those things are pretty entertaining, but I doubt I could make a good one myself. NCSSM would be awesome to get into. I tried doing some research on itearlier this summer, but the website was down. I was thinking about applying there, but I don't know if I would enjoy being away from everyone here all year (if I even made it.) Plus I figure that money would be better served going towards my college education. Instead I was thinking of maybe going to Cannon next summer for 6 weeks or whatever it is. Whatever, I don't know. Good luck with NCSSM though.

See, its free, the food, the housing and everything... And plus, if you do get in and you graduate from there, If you get into a UNC school system, they give you free tuition. So its like hitting two birds with one stone.

Did I say Cannon? Hell, I meant governor's school! But for that you have to get nominated, and I don't think I really stand out as being super smart or anything. But I think it'd be a fun experience and it's only 6 weeks in the summer opposed to NCSSM which is for the entire school year.

Wow, I went to the website for NCSSM and for the first time every for me it actually worked. I spent like an hour just going through the site. When I told my mom about free tuition to college, she said she wants me to apply. I won't expect to get in either. It'd be really cool to get in there, but by the sound of it, also very challenging.

yea...i never had an urge to go to ncssm..until it was too late. there's one regret in my life. so try really hard! and good luck to you. and remember. there will be a LOT of asians there. lol. they're basically the majority. i heard from nikolka when she visited the place. anyhoo, magic is fun. christina and i played awhile ago cuz she dug all her cards out. i have a few..but not enough to make a deck. if you want you can have them. just give me the word. oh yea! and the good thing about ncssm..is that it's free! and they have great courses...ok, i'm done.

I still have my decks, even though I haven't played in ages. My elf deck kicks massive ass. I'll play you sometime...if you get some cards. XD

Good luck at getting into NCSSM, although its not that great of a school. I have heard that people actually hate it there...scary as it is, some want to commit suicide. I don't think its really the place for you. Its a show off school by name, but even if you can get in (which I know you can), Matt Ragazzo is better at staying at home with us non-smart people.

Plus, you'd miss band too much. :-)

I have no idea about any of that magic card/game thingy your talking about but either way...awesome! Yeah, Im waiting on Eldest to come out, Im reading it again(for the 4th time)so when it comes out I can be yet again completley in the know on the whole situation. I preordered it so Im excited :D. Yeah, super smart schools are cool, and getting into any college of choice in NC(basically)is like woah awesome, but...why be surrounded with people who are going to build the next *insert famous invention here* when you can be surrounded with alot of idiots at Hoggard who can barley spell there name?? Spells fun to me haha. See ya round
