I feel really bad for the seniors. What a crappy way to end the season. I just hope they all had fun and enjoyed themselves last night. Personally, I think that was our best show. And I ran to the stands to see the other three shows, and I thought our show would have surely done better then White Oaks and Croatans. Croatan shouldnt have won. They

Last night's competition. Was crap.
I too feel bad for the seniors. It would've made a perfect cliche if we had beaten all those other schools. I mean, come on. We had the steam blowing out of our instruments. That's something you only see in movies(that coincedentally has to do with marching band). This rule also applies to that time we marched in the pouring, pouring rain

Well, you heard what I thought of the competition yesterday, and I think Erin summed it up in her post. We were competing against god-like bands, and like Keely said at the BBQ, it all comes down to reputation and how much money you have. The people running the competition screwed everything up by making us stand there for 15 minutes while our instruments got cold as well as our brains. I wanted to kick someone.

I still thought we did a really good job and I am still proud of you guys.

I would spend my $5 on...egg rolls? I have been craving them for weeks...

If I had $5 for Wal-Mart I'd buy a bunch of gum. Boring, I know.

I thought the competition went well all except for not placing well. When we got off the field I didn't have that "we did so totally awesome!" feeling, but I think a lot of other people did, so that's all that matters. When I think we did good, everyone else thinks we did bad a visa versa. I can't figure it out. I heard you tell Doug to shut up like 3 times, too bad he didn't listen. He doesn't bother me as much as he bothers everyone else though... I wish I rode on your bus. I don't really talk to anyone on mine. I'm actually glad I didn't go bowling with you guys. I was so tired when I got home that I went straight to bed. If I had bowled, I would've done horrible. I don't know any of my midterm grades yet. I'm dreading to hear about my chem grade :(.

I wonder what our show will be next year...if the freshmen will be any good...how we'll do at competitions...etc.

I would defintely buy gum too!...theres nothing boring about that!
but i mean, walmart has a lot to offer, i might have to get candy too :)

Band, well I can't really say much about that so next thing. Midterms, your grades were good so congrats.

Now about the poll. Sounds weird but I would buy shampoo. I like smelling different scents and that's usually what I run out of often.
