Week 3

Well this week i had a few rest days and the pics abit late. had a wound that needed to heal. but anyway went fairly hard the days i did work on it and ill admit the results are better than i was expecting.
did more on the chest area as well. a HUGE improvment on the before photo DAMN!
anyways its past midnight and i need sleep. ENJOY!
