Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind is my favourite Miyazaki. Laputa: Castle in the Sky is good, too.

True Stories is a charmingly quirky take on middle America by the Talking Heads. And there's always Woody Allen. And a random selection from Suspect one night found Jessica and I watching Start the Revolution Without Me, which was a ridiculously amusing (and just ridiculous) Gene Wilder film.

I've got a copy of Nausicaa if you desire to borrow it. Just let me know.

Have you seen King of Hearts? You might like it--it's about the inmates of an insane assylum escaping and acting out their fantasies in a deserted French town during WWI. It's quirky and funny, I guess. We wanted to get it from the library but they only have it in VHS and we don't have a VCR or TV.

Hey, we missed you last night--hope you're feeling better. It was a very fun show.

but i love every movie on your list that i've seen, which is about half....
