Um... that artwork is AMAZING. Wow. How lucky are you to have people make you such beautiful fan art? Very, is the answer.

And regardless if you finish Midnight Empire or not, I hope that you are writing something, because it would be a travesty to the world if you did not.

Yeah, it is pretty fucking cool. And to think, in my first draft of that scene, Buffy was butt-naked and the Dauphin was this gross octopus-thing. Instead of this beautiful artwork, I might have gotten a cel from a demented anime porno. Thank you, editing process!

I hope you're doing well too! I'm okay, just a little all-over-the-place and upside-down work-wise. I do try to work on the novel every so often, but... well you know. Writing's hard.

Hope to catch up with you soon, in one way or another. FFS with all this electronic wizardry at my fingertips, I should probably get off my ass and talk to people once in a while! I feel like I'm becoming a cyber-hermit (except without the special powers and the steampunk accessories those dudes probably have).
