what were your impressions of me then compared to your impressions of me since i've returned?

i thought when i came home that i had made huge changes in my life, but i want to know what everyone else thinks.

you seemed like you didnt care about other peoples feelings

I've known you for a couple years, and you're right, you changed alot. It's still you though. Just more clear.

You used to seem kind of distant, like you weren't really in touch with who you were or what really meant the most to you. Now, it seems you've found some things that mean something to you, principles I guess, and I can see more of who you are. There was one night we spent talking all night, remember? I saw alot of who you were that night, and since you've gotten back from Utah, I see *you* alot more. You're more confident, more at home, more open about what you think now. And the more I talk to you, the more I like you, and I think you like yourself more now too.

And I'm really proud of you. I think maybe you're proud of you too, and that is a big change.

well all I really remember about you, besides your obvious badassitude, was all the cigarettes, the smokey basement rooms you know. Of course I remember elementary school, sitting around in art class talking about South Park. But now, to me, you're not much different, you're still cool as shit, and I still want to start a new wave band with you. This guy I work with at the Bitter is a keyboardist and he's really cool so I might try to talk him into playing with us in the band (word).

I have known you since 8th grade, but have only talk and hung out with you a few times. I have also only talked to you once since this summer, but in that one time I think I have seen a big different. You were more open to talking and before I felt you were distant. I kinda got a vibe that you were depressed and then when I talked to you after the summer you sounded happier than before. I don't know it could have been I always reached you at the wrong time, anyways. I think you are a cool person.
