Trader Joe's has small blueberry muffins that are quite good.

That's a good question. I got a banana nut muffin from Dunkin Donuts the last time I was in Korea and it was massive - and had almost a half-a-day's worth of calories. How do Koreans stay so skinny with such large muffins striking at their palates?
