I didn't get a chance to comment yesterday, but your little girl was definitely in my prayers. It sounds like that was a good thing, because I would hate to imagine what could have happened if you didn't take her to the doc *shivers* Gotta love the Mommy Instincts ;)
I would tell you to give her *squeezehugs* from me, but that is probably not a good idea all things considered. How about a kiss on the forehead and a soothing back rub? :)
Can you believe she wanted to jump on the treadmill last night when we got home from TKD...even after her fall??
:smacks forehead:
yeah, I can see it. All to clearly. What'd we gotta do?? sit on 'em? Tie them to their beds?? I've gone through that with both David and Rachel, (not for hurt ribs, but other things that required total non-physical activity) and both kids put me through my paces. grrrrrrrrr.
I will be sending my super-strong, all-healing mommy vibes to your baby girl.
Sorry to hear about Lexi, I hope she feels better soon! I broke my wrist when I was about her age, right before the Summer street hockey season was about to start. The doctor said I might be out of sports for five months. I was crushed because I couldn't play, but my parents made sure I rested and let it heal properly...and the good news was, it was completely healed in time for final game of summer hockey and the winter ice hockey season.
Many hugs and much love to you and your family. :)

I just caught her on TJ's skateboard. She seems to think she's indestructable even when her rib is broken.
I hope I don't lose my mind during this recuperation period.
*grrrrrs with you*
