Thanks to everyone for keeping us in your prayers! Lexi is still having a difficult time with leg pain and has little energy. She had to drop her Spanish I course because doctor's appts. were interfering too much. She was sad but didn't want to continue because she was slipping further and further behind

Forget you? Never happen, my friend. I've been keeping you and Lexi and your family in my prayers. I'm sorry I haven't gotten around to commenting to you as much as I'd like. Lupus can be a difficult illness, and my heart goes out to Lexi, but I also know that she is a beautiful and intelligent young lady that will take the challenge in stride and rise miles above it.

Congrats on the new job, too! I think it will be good for you, and I know you will be good for the kids you are teaching!
