I would have to agree with your instinct on him being confused about his own feelings. He is still bent over his last girlfriend and the relationship they had together. Now granted, I don't know all the details on their old relationship, but I do know that he likes you if he sleeps with you and says he wouldn't sleep around on you. That makes him a non-whore, which is great since you wouldn't want any creepy crawlies in your cooch! If your current set up of being "fuck buddies" is ok with you, I say keep doing what works, but if YOU are the one looking to take things to the next level, you need to know that it's going to be a difficult road, and not one that you can control. He's got some shit to work out in his head, and he'll need some time to do that. You wanting your idea of a relationship doesn't mean he doesn't want the same thing, but he's got to regain the trust he lost, and that takes time.
