I feel a desperate need to feel pretty right now.

I don't what that will take though.

It's so subjective. What's worked for you in the past? capybyra November 30 2008, 02:46:08 UTC
Some trivial thing. A long indulgent bubble bath? Trying perfumes? A trip thru old clothes in new combinations?

Thats the problem. I'm seriously lacking in the female clothing department. I don't really have any purfume. The only thing I could really do from this is the bubble bath.

As for what's worked in the past. I don't remember the last time I really felt pretty.

I'm free mostly next Sat. Maybe it'll help just taking the time to get all this hair off me.

Bubble bath, perfume, a mirror.
Make-up.
Nice clothes.
Followed by chocolate.

*sigh* That means I'm going to need to find some time and money. I don't have anything that fits right now, outside my Halloween costume.

And time when the kids and roommate aren't around.

Maybe I should schedule time or something.

It's called "Quality Time" and it's not just for mommies.
Also, check out rummage sales, and if you don't feel safe, go on bag days (they don't look inside).
Also, don't forget, the automated checkout at Wal-Mart is your friend.
