Ok I just talked it over with Zach saturday night the 1st of October or Friday the 30th of Sept....it hasn't been decied yet...is our birthday party. I think it will be themed i dunno maybe a very adult party with cocktails (i've been wanting to do this) or something. People will have to dress very nice and bring gifts and it will be very posh :) I

So? It's your party and you can do what you want to. You can have all the tables set up to mimic a casino and everyone can "bet" chips that don't really represent money. That way nothing is illegal.

Or there is always the stand-by "black and white formal". Guys in tuxes and gals in the "black party dress" that all women seem to have.
