Just wanted to post something in my personal journal, so it didn't look strange and empty.

Most of what I post is at my community, fireflyfanfic. Hopefully it'll grow into a place where people can add good story recommendations and come to look for good stories ( Read more... )

That's what we all say....but lj has a way of sneaking into your brain and forcing you to post all the most boring things you do...and yet people still keep me on their flist for some reason;) hehe:)

I was just looking at your journal and was wondering how you got the Jayne wallpaper on your page...was hoping to get some help with the beautification part of the thing...LOL

Hey again.

So, I was wondering if you and your comods would be interested in being judges for the strawberries? We could use a few more fic judges (but I'm hesitant to open my call fandom wide after a few bad apples last year).

Let me know and I'll get you set up as members in the judging community. :)

Yes, we'd love to. Gotta let you in on a little secret though. I am also ladygloria, so I probably shouldn't judge twice.

However, peachykin and pixeldimensia would love to help out if you need us. What would we need to do?

Hehehe, good thing you told me;)

Basically, each judge will be assigned a few categories and will rate the fics on say a 10 scale for four different criteria (grammar/spelling, style, characterization, plot consistency). I'll send you guys the community invite link in a little bit:) Oh, and judging will be from feb15-mar15ish, so hopefully it won't be too bad time wise.

All the judging posts are under friends' only lock, so you have to join as members before you can see them. (not that judging has started yet, but well, sorry, I'm half brain dead right now).
