What's the Point?

So, I was talking to my Dad yesterday and it hit me that I don't know what the point of anything is anymore. I love my job and I love the work, I just hate actually having to go to work and the lather, rinse, repeat of it all. I feel the same way sometimes...I think we're going to pick one day as our "do something" day. And whatever our current project is, we're doing that that day. I don't know what to say...set goals?

The way I hear it, is that you're content with most of the situation, you just need to get one more thing in there. Something to take you away from the grind. I think quiglin might have the idea. Set a "do something" day. But make it different each week so that this day doesn't also become the grind. It also allows flexibility that way.

I would do that but at the end of the day/week I am literally mentally exhausted. After state tests last year I spent an entire weekend hibernating because I couldn't form sentences. That's not an exaggeration or me being my usual dramatic self, it's the truth. Nothing is satisfying in life...absolutely nothing.
