brownouts vs. blackouts anonymous March 31 2005, 15:18:05 UTC
blackouts involve complete loss of power whereas brownouts are reduction in power/selected power outages from demand (such as people running the AC) exceeding supply.

Yeesssss... those Aladdin summer days ate lala! hehe i don't know about you but i had so much fun :D singing along with the songs and still enjoying it each time. "one jump, ahead of the bread line, one swing ahead of the sword...i steal only what i can afford...that's everything!*
I also remember one time when ate dessa took us to ALABANG TWIN CINEMA to watch a movie to pass the brownout time and our liteace got stuck in the-then gravel parking lot. And here comes Roderick Paoulate (sp?) to save the day. Teehee. That was fun too!
