Established the principle of "judicial review" -- that the Supreme Court has the power to declare laws unconstitutional. Before that, the Court only had the power to check laws for spelling and punctuation.

I've had two exams so far, two more to go: Civil Procedure on Wednesday and Constitutional Law on Friday. I'm a little more caught up on CivPro than on ConLaw, so after my Contracts exam today (and after running to the store for some food --- a whole other story I'll maybe tell later), I did some work on ConLaw.
