It takes her a few moments to register that Dhaos had spoken, but when she does, she looks up and gives him a sunny smile.]

[Grune looks up from her late-season weeding at the sound of a friend's voice and beams.] Hello, Kazooie! Are you here for a visit?

[There's a lot of plants, there. The last time Kazooie saw so many plants carefully tended to like that, she was shooting down overgrown flies to protect a cow's garden.]

Yep! Just wanted to see how stuff's going for you.

Oh, no, not all of them. Stella's garden is over there. [She points at a small, restrained vegetable garden by the side of the house.]

[Grune keeps up as best she's able. The pain from her shoulder has faded slightly, but it's still quite present, and it's all she can do to keep walking without giving away how much it hurts.

She doesn't want to do that. She doesn't want to make Dhaos feel bad for having an accident.]
