Things you enjoy, not because you have to, but because you WANT to. What lowers your stress/blood pressure/anxiety level? Make a list, post it to your journal. Then tag 5 friends and ask them to post it.
1. Listening to music that fits my mood. Even if it's loud and screamy, it still helps.
2. Sleeping.
3. Sleepy phone conversations during the wee hours of the morning.
4. Laying in my bed with my blankie and stuffed animals just pondering.

5. Walking around my neighborhood.
