Hi my name is Hugo and I created this community 626newsandmusic
especifically for young adults who live in the 626 area code and who like indie, punk, emo, rock, ska, and or hardcore music.

My goal is basicly to help people (including myself) meet new people/friends in their area code who are into similar styles of music, and who perhaps also share other common interests.

I also hope that this will be a community in which people will post about their favorite local restaurants, which restaurants to avoid!, about contruction going on in their city, about the best places to hang out within their city, upcoming shows that they'll be attending, local gigs, local bands to check out, and about the special projects that said person may be involved in.
