avoidant, as usual

Had a delightful dream last night. Was registering for classes for grad school with my soon-to-be advisor and suddenly the campus of American University was a giant party (not the drunken sort, more chill). The weather was amazing and the sky was a pristine blue. My advisor told me that I was his favorite and I had the best Mai Tai of all time ( Read more... )

Oh, you cheated! I posted on the uncg community! You only had to check your friends page! Oh, and didn't you try to sell me on myspace? Someone signed me up for it so I have it now...not sure if I can remember how to log in, but you never know. So, now that you know all of my deepest darkest secrets how ever will you sleep at night? Enjoying your summer yet?

Well I was just about to find you anyway! I don't know about trying to sell you on myspace. Myspace is ok, but Facebook is better. MUCH better. I probably won't ever get any sleep ever again. But don't worry, your deep, dark secrets are safe with me. My summer kinda sucks so far, how about yours?

Facebook myspace, friendster, they're all the same. I don't even really have enough free time to waste on Livejournal. let alone all those other sites. My summer has been insane and very busy thus far. This morning I sold my first and only car. It was hard to part with it...I still remember the first day I had it and how I would just sit in it and think about the fact that it was MY car. I was so excited. I would go on long drives just savoring the freedom it granted me. Of course, this was back in the day when filling your tank up with gas was the cheap part of owning a car. I'll forever miss my shitty 1980 Volvo. *sigh*. Now I need to sell my damn bed and some other random shit, pack everything up and be ready to say goodbye to North Carolina in 2 days! And, as always, continuing to train on the bike. I'm ready for a break! You find a job yet?
