59.7kg!

I'm sick of being this weight it's making me so disheartened and unmotivated. It's been 5 days. 4 of good restricting and yet I am still at that weight. I had one bad day which should have at least given my metabolism a boost but no I am still 59.7kg. I need help to break this plateau and to stay motivated ( Read more... )

give it time, it's always tough when you hit a plateau but remind yourself that you'll eventually get past it. Changing your eating and exercise habits pretty much always works so whether it be eating more than usual at different times or fasting for a day or two I'm sure either one could help. Just remember, exercise is the key! Hitting a plateau is the result of extensive muscle loss, so you probably need to try to eat more calories even if it be just for a short period to help you lose extra weight after. Do intense muscle workouts every ten days to ensure you retain as much muscle as possible and that your metabolism is kept revved up. I like to think of ones metabolism as a fire that needs stoking and good kindling to remain strong :L There are so many things you can do to boost your metabolism i feel like i could just go on and on. you probably don't want all my ranting though so i just wish you the best of luck and stay strong! if any of what i have said has been useful though just ask if you want any more of my words! hope ( ... )
