Don't even get me started on BT!!! We had a new telephone system installed at work that took three weeks from start to finish because of their incompetence, and we were without 'phones for five days. Five days! How to run a business without 'phones?????

They cut us off with no warning, and when we finally figured out that it was them buggering everything up, they said we hadn't paid our bill! Turns out they'd confused us with some other customer ('but the account numbers are very similar', can you believe they said that? They didn't even apologise. Arseholes).

Anyway, I am back online :) It's all good.
