I found my self-destruct button. I had no idea I had one. It turns out everyone has one. Before my friends begin to freak out this does not mean I’m thinking about suicide so please erase that thought from your minds. i tweet and i blip..one of my "listeners" on blip mentioned reading your latest blog and wished you well in your efforts. I was curious so i followed the link. Your efforts to find healing with-in echo a blog I just wrote. Strange the paths life leads us down.

I too was not going to share my blog...but your correct...its for self-healing. I thank you for sharing. We are not alone...or as our lady peace sang...one man army. If u like i am enclosing the link to my blog ( i am a chef..so its mostly food related)...but every now an again..i write something for me.

I'm happy that you found yours in time. The struggle between the good & evil in all of us is on-going. It's the challenge that we must all face. Face it head-on without fear ... but, with faith that all will be well ... and it shall be. DoctorofJazz, but I'm just the messenger.

Everyone has that self-destruct button. You are a step ahead of many in that you have recognized yours. Pushing past a point like this can make you a stronger person. I'm hoping that happens for you.

Thx for this reminder in which direction I've been going and where I should be.
I battle to on a constant basis.
I think I will have to read this every day to remind me.

I think I need to read this one too again. I hate feeling so "lost". Sorry for the pun. Today... is a rough one... but eventually the haze will clear and I'll find my road again.

i just want to say that i appreciate this journal entry more than i can ever begin to type out here in words...it hits to the very core of what and how i feel sometimes my life seems to go...but like you say in this entry this is not an entry of destruction but one of an awakening and hope...thank you so much for it..i hope you find victory over this battle...if you fight hard enough and never give up..it can be obtained :)

I'm so delighted that this humble entry has touched you. I haven't one the battle yet but today... my path seems clearer and I know what I have to do to be happy. It's going to take time and some dusting off when I fall. I wish you the best of luck as well. I have a feeling you will do just fine.
