This is a tough question. I do feel young at heart, like I'm 19 or 25 something. But I don't have a problem with growing old. I don't ever wish I was younger. I am mature and I look forward to getting older and going through more experiences.
In the end I guess age is arbitrary. As long as you are "old" enought to step up to your responsibilities then you can be as "young" as you want.

I sort of agree with nobleds up there. I don't try to advertise my age, would not necessarily want to go back to being younger (and therefore doing very stupid, irresponsible things) but I was never the type to dread a big birthday, like this year's "the big 4-oh." I don't see a 40 year old when I look in the mirror, but I know she's there, especially when I'm climbing 5 flights of stairs. :)
