I am very dissatisfied with the lack of cable/internet (& CABLE INTERNET) choices. My hate of Comcast still rages on. While we were in Oklahoma, Ryan's mom mentioned she was looking to switch (back) to U-verse, but I figured it was a local provider. Diana told me it was (or is coming very soon?) in her area (she's about 10 miles down the road) &

I saw some great looking strawberries at Walmart this week. It shocked me because their produce is usually dismal! I don't know what to do about keeping them looking great though. I can't ever eat them all and I feel guilty for wasting them.

Geez. If I BREATHE wrong I gain. Well, rearranging the plumbing has helped that... at least for now. I worry about what happens when my body figures out how to compensate for all of that. I really really worry about regaining.

We got rid of cable. It's a sad life.

Right?! Ryan's normally the one that makes the WalMart trips & I don't even bother going to look at the fruit, but I just happened to that day & was pleasantly surprised. They just remodeled that store, so I'm hoping their fruit selection keeps up with the new appearance.

I have the $15 cable. I call it "paying for reception." That, plus it gives me a discount because I have 2 services through Comcast. Whatever.

I hate Comcast too. We had a lot of digital cable channels right after we got our HDTV, and then they went away. We were told you had to buy the digital package. We're waiting to see if they come back after the Big Switch on Friday. If not, we might switch to DirecTV because the Comcast bill has gotten ridiculous. It's all very annoying. How do they get away with the monopoly? :(
