What a lucky guy I am.

My place is small, but it's heated and weather resistant (there is NO issue with stagnant air, especially on windy days by the bedroom window...but I digress).
There is a potty on my side of the door (no sharing, or going outside on cold, windy nights).
I have opportunity for a larger living space in just a few weeks.
