Am enjoying me some HP 7 pt.1.
Also, still trying to figure out - when Harry and Dumbledore go to Slughorn`s in HP6....I SWEAR that`s somewhere I`ve been. Said it to Paul and I thought perhaps I`d come up with it when I wasn`t drunk, but still have not...but...yet...absolutely convinced it's somewhere in Scotland.
Still mentally going through HP7. So doing netflix so can watch in the PJ`s
Thus far: Loved the meeting with Voldemort and Hermione bewitching her parents. The 7-Harrys scene was a tad too goofy for me to like.
Hagrid`s Motorbike? Nothing with a side car can or should be that cool.
The Lupin interrogating Harry was played out soooo much better here than in the book.
Have always thought Rupert Grint was the best of the three kids to do the, well...three HP kids. I know it's Dan Radcliffe that's getting the spotlight but I don't agree, I am so impressed by Grint here it's not funny.
Disappointed by the anticlimatix of the Will of Dumbledore scene. I don't exactly know what I wanted out of it, but...just...meh out of what could have been a cool scene
Fleur's wedding dress? YES YES YES AND YES AGAIN. I've never thought the ladies in the HP movies were EVER Right (Hermione's hair went wrong when they got the new director in the third movie. She was just right in the first two) and Fleur...never seemed to be the hotass babe that I always sort of pictured her as. But wedding scene here? FINALLY!
Xenophilus Lovegood? SURPRISINGLY HOT.
Do think the political undercuttings were done right.
Ministry scene...sucked but was redeemed by the couple who needed to get out of there. Their desperation was just...so spot on. Then it got fucked by Ron's 'getting splinched' Wrong thing to play up.
Trying to destroy the Horcrux-locket on screen was a good choice. Grint also delivered a second time. Actually this whole fifteen minutes of film was a good scene.
More to come...
