Most likely, Patchy would be rated as a 7 as she has purple hair and she is cute. And Yuna adores cute things/people but would never admit it. The 7 is for as well as to her, it seems like Patchy is a very nice and pleasent person.

Toboe:
6 for being a human and he isn't really into the whole game yet. But Patchy looks to be a very attractive human to him and it appears (since she is a lot older then her looks) that she is the age that would be the most attractive to him.

9 as she is very beautiful in Yuna's eyes and after that ordeal was actually a very nice person to be around. Yuna does feel a little inferior to Ino in the looks department but yes, Ino is a 9.

Toboe:

8. She's beautiful and has a pleasent smell to her (once he gets the chance to meet her). If she was a wolf, she would have gotten a 10 from Toboe. But for now, she's an 8.

4 actually. He hasn't tried to kill her yet but since he doesn't seem to care that he killed people in what seems to be in cold blood, she doesn't hold a very high opinion of him. But she knows better then to try and provoke him. Good news is that she likes him better then Seymour but that really isn't hard to do as she completely loathes the man for doing those things to her on top of killing innocents. She will give him distance and the space he needs when she is around him.

And as much as I hate to say it, I don't think he'll provide the same distance.
