I don't see what's wrong here-- he called it "maps", and for all I know he was using Google Maps. He didn't say anything which was specific to Google Earth.
No, I've never used Google Earth, because there isn't a version for my operating system. I've seen other people use it, though.
Everything I heard him say was applicable to Google Maps, though. What makes you think he wasn't referring to the (extensive) satellite capacity in Google Maps?
The "maps" bit doesn't bother me at all...a lot of people don't use or care for the internet. GW is a boomer and this shit didn't exist when he formed either of his brain cells, so I don't blame him for that.
What I love about this is his admission that he doesn't use email because he's worried about records requests. That's pretty funny given the current RNC shadow email scandal. I think that the White House IT dept. won't give him an email account because they know he'd be the office idiot who sends out all those fucking chain letters, fake virus alerts, and 4MB bitmaps of sad-eyed puppies who don't like Mondays.
