Two postings on here--one about memories and the other about that hotel on the hill in Chattanooga--stuck with me for several days in such a nagging way that I was finally compelled to created a username here and get this stuff written down.

At such a late date I found your livejournal entry here--after discovering the messages feature that was snuck into the whole scheme while my back was turned. Now I find another page to click on occasionally so as not to miss, for months at a time, unread messages gathering cobwebs in the corners.

I enjoyed reading your reminiscences. Do write more.
