Oh no! It's so easy to forget that the war was very much present. Nice detail with the smell of the sandbags.

Haha, thank you! It was always a detail I was intrigued by in a book I had about the war when I was little.

Oh no!! More, please. (And this is going to sound silly, but I hadn't realised Woolies was so old! I miss it...)

It was really quite old indeed! I miss it, too - they always seemed to have pretty good stationery. Hopefully there'll be more soon. :)

And now gratuitous Sherlock whump. Well, that's me gone. Victor I could handle. But the endless stacking of sherlock emotional whump now with unnecessary Sherlock physical whump...yeah. This is just an excuse to gain readers and you've destroyed the whole series for me.

I'm sorry you feel that way.

Ya know...this could be like TGG where Sherlock is "miraculously" not injured or barely injured. Don't make a judgement yet!

But yeah. If it is injured Sherlock I'll avoid the coming chapters until it's over since I can't stand Sherlock Whump and Sherlock has had more than his share in this story.

But! I'll be back. Heck...I've skipped over chapters of books for things I don't like or don't think "right" but thats me...

Awaiting the next chapter(and crossing my fingers that Sherlocknis really fine and John is shocked as to how fine he is ;) )

Yes. Yes, it could be.

Glad you'll continue to read.

Never understood the wank over Victor.

But THIS? Yeah. No.

Trope: Gravely injure Sherlock for all the "feels".

I really thought you were above this. I was wrong and its so sickening.

You need to stop with the "OMG! Look at all the kudos when Sherlocknis hurt!! Yessssss" and get back to the story.
