Productive Weekend!

Friday we had a great time out with some friends. Had some yummy dinner at Maggiano's, then went to see Corpse Bride - very good! And I loves me some Danny Elfman :-) Then we sat outside of Barnes & Nobles and drank way to much coffee until way too late. Good times

Good to take advantage of the energy while I have it. Plus - the Fall and Winter always get me in the crafty mood :)

Corned Beef and Cabbage. Yum! I've recently been eating lowfat hotdogs, sauerkraut and mustard on a slice of wheat bread! Beats that breakfast I used to have.

It was very yummy, but I made so much - I know what I'll be eating all week :-)

That is a pretty healthy breakfast, and that sauerkraut would certainly wake up the tastebuds in the morning :)
