Sorry if this isn't allowed, but the FAQ section, and their e-mail responses didn't help me much.

I played the 10-day free trial, and decided that I really would like to keep playing. So I went out and bought the Mines of Moria, but when I entered in my bank card information, I received the error of 140000. I know this means that they think its ( Read more... )

At this point, I would probably try to reach them by phone:

Thanks. They did get back to me tonight. It appears that I have to talk to my bank to verify that my billing address is accurate.

Yes, try calling. They had a major problem the last few days with the datacenter move, and are probably not getting to emails very promptly.
