Love or War: Love. While there are times I believe we have to fight, I would still prefer to find a way around it first.
Strength or Mercy: Both, in a way. I believe it takes a lot of strength to be merciful. (Wouldn''t "justice or mercy" be a better way of putting this?)
Determined or Accepting: Hmmm, I guess both. I'm stubborn as a mule most of the time, but I can still be accepting and forgiving.
Making your own Destiny or Accepting Fate: Make your own Destiny. I think people who say it's fate, or just their lot in life are just making excuses. We always have a choice.
Life or Death: Life. Because I refuse to let death scare me or have any kind of power over me.
Brave or Safe: Brave...or reckless/foolish/idiotic as friends have put it. xD I horseback ride, shoot (archery and riflery), fence, play lacrosse without padding or helmets, love roller coasters, want to go sky diving soooo badly, drive fast, [s]pull highly illegal u-turns[/s], etc. Life is just so much more interesting that way.
GENERAL LOTR QUESTIONS:
Which is your favorite movie: Fellowship of the Ring
Book?: Return of the King
Favorite character and why: Probably Eowyn or Sam. She was really inspiring for me when I was younger, and I still think she's one of the most interesting characters in the books. And Sam...well...honestly, what's NOT to like about him? Frodo would have been so dead without him.
Who do you relate to the most?: Hmmm, this one's harder. I always felt some sort of..."connection", maybe, with Faramir in the books. I have no idea why though (I'm the eldest in my family, so I don't even have the younger sibling thing *shrug*)
What got you into the fandom?: I read The Hobbit for a class project in sixth grade and absolutely fell in love with it. And I guess you could say it just snowballed from there.
If you could live anywhere in Middle-earth, where would it be?: Rohan. Definitely Rohan. I've had a passion for horses and horseback riding all my life, and I've always thought their culture was interesting.
What would you do with the One Ring?: Destroy it. Because honestly, I don't want that kind of power.
If you could have a Ring with any power, what would it be?: Hmm, maybe something music related?
